Customer agrees that our products are fragile and we can't be responsible for their condition once they leave our premises. We can't issue refunds for products we haven't damaged. Customers are encouraged to handle orders with as much care as possible and to place orders on a flat surface in their vehicle, if not held by someone else.
If you have ordered a gift to be delivered to someone else, please try to ensure they are home at time of delivery, otherwise the order will be left at the recipient's door. Customer understands that delivery drivers cannot make more than one delivery attempt, and they will bring the order back to the closest store if no one is home. Customer has the option of ordering and paying for a second delivery, or arranging for the recipient to pick the order up from the closest store. If recipient is not home, orders will be left at the door - UNLESS WEATHER PERMITS. Please note that orders may be delayed during the holidays as our delivery driver is operating at max capacity, and we greatly appreciate your understanding. If you require orders be delivered at/by a specific time outside of the delivery window, please give us a call at the office to request a rush delivery (additional fees provided at time of call). 613-862-0926.
